First, toast or broil English muffins or bagels;
Spread cheese over tops and continue to broil until bubbly and melted;
Using a pizza cutter, divide into six small pie shapes and serve with your favorite beverage.
- Cheese spread with haddock, swordfish, halibut or any white fish dish:
Broil fish for approximately ten minutes depending on thickness of fish;
Remove from broiler and drop tablespoons of cheese spread on fish;
Return to broiler for approximately five minutes or until melted and bubbly.
Serving suggestion: serve this excellent fish dish with a pasta portion and a bottle of fine wine or sparkling water.
**On any of these broiled dishes you may see small dark portions of cheese, this is the feta cheese once it has melted.
